QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

CAN I PICK WHAT FLOWERS YOU USE?

We love your choices! Depending on time of year and availability, we cannot guarantee all flowers will be available at the time of your wedding, but we do our best to try and find close alternatives to make sure we keep the look and feel of the design intact.

I HAVE A LIMITED BUDGET- CAN I STILL HAVE FRESH FLOWERS AT MY WEDDING?

Sticking to your wedding budget can be tough, so we will find what works best for you! We also work with floral alternatives, including dried and silk/faux flowers (lifelike flowers only- no dollar store flowers here!)

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY AND SET UP OF FLOWERS?

Absolutely! We will work with you to get the perfect proposal and keep the stress away on your special day!

WILL YOU WORK WITH MY OTHER VENDORS?

Of course! We will coordinate as needed with any of your booked vendors.

WHAT IS A FLORAL CONSULTATION?

Let's get to know each other and start envisioning your dream day! Consultations can be in-person, over the phone or video conference. Expect a lot of questions, but if you don't have all the answers yet, it's ok! Big questions will be more about your theme and color palette, wedding venue, favorite flowers,  and anything that helps us get the vibe of your wedding. Still hammering out the details? Just let us know anything you might be on the fence about.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PROPOSAL?

The proposal will include all agreed upon floral elements discussed in the consultation and follow ups. This includes individual prices of arrangements, rental items, and any miscellaneous items. Additional services agreed upon may include delivery and any on-site labor.

Estimated will be noted in the proposal, and any changes including flower availability will be discussed. We will happily revise the proposal up to two times before signing and deposit is paid. We want to make sure you are happy with all items and comfortable with each selection.

A final proposal will be sent for signing, typically due around 30 days before the wedding date. This allows for any last minute tweaks to quantities. After this final proposal has been signed, quantities can still be increased for additional cost, but not decreased due to vendor commitments.
